Lock'N'Block puts control in your hands and allows you to manage the usage of your own Encompass Credit Union Member Card® at any time and from anywhere that you can access your Internet Banking... whether you use the Go Mobile App, Mobile Web or the Internet Banking site. Lock'N'Block


  • Enjoy peace of mind knowing you can control how and when your card is being used. If you lose your card, you can lock the card yourself until you find it or are able to contact your branch.
  • You can quickly and conveniently access Lock'N'Block from the Go Mobile App or Mobile Web on your smartphone or tablet or from anywhere that you can access your Internet Banking. You no longer need to wait for business hours to lock your card when it is lost or stolen.
  • Not only can you lock your whole card, but you have the flexibility to block specific aspects of your card usage if you don't regularly use them, thereby cutting down on the chances of your card being used fraudulently. For example, if you don't plan to use your card internationally, you can lock your card for international transactions.

Lock'N'Block ELOS To use Lock'N'Block, simply log into your Internet Banking and go to "Account Services" and choose "Lock'N'Block". With Lock'N'Block you can:

  • Totally lock or unlock your Member Card®
  • Block or unblock Purchases and Refunds
  • Block or unblock ATM transactions
  • Block or unblock International transactions

* Please Note: If you are locking your card because it is lost or stolen, you should also contact your Encompass Credit Union branch so they can report your card lost or stolen and they can assist you with replacing your Member Card®.
