SECURITY ALERTS

  • Personal Access Code (PAC) Changed: Notifies you when your personal access code (PAC) has changed.
  • Online Banking Account Locked Out - Incorrect Response Given to Security Question: Notifies you when your online banking account has been locked out after the maximum number of failed attempts to answer your security question.
  • New Payee Added: Notifies you when a new bill payee has been added.
  • Online Login: Notifies you whenever an online login has occurred.

BALANCE & ACTIVITY ALERTS

  • Interac e-Transfer® Recipient Added: Notifies you whenever an Interac e-Transfer® recipient has been added in your Internet Banking.
  • Balance Report: Notifies you of your available or current account balance. You can choose the balance you would like to receive and whether you would like to receive the Alert on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • Generic Balance Report: Notifies you of both your available and current account balance. You can choose whether you would like to receive this Alert on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • Low Balance: Notifies you if your available or current balance falls below a threshold you set.
  • Deposit: Notifies you if a deposit exceeds a threshold you have set for ATM, Point of Sale or Interac e-Transfer® deposits.
  • Withdrawal: Notifies you if a withdrawal exceeds a threshold you have set for withdrawals done by ATM, Point of Sale, Interac e-Transfers®, Online Bill Payments, Pre-Authorized Debits or Cheques.
  • ATM Balance Inquiry: Notifies you that a balance inquiry was made on your account at an ATM.

PAYMENT ALERTS

  • Scheduled Payment or Transfer May Fail: Notifies you if a future dated or recurring payment or transfer failed.
  • Insufficient Funds: Notifies you when your available balance has insufficient funds for an immediate transaction.
  • Scheduled Payment Failed: Notifies you that your future dated or recurring payment may fail.
  • Scheduled Transfer Failed: Notifies you that your future dated or recurring transfer may fail.

INVESTMENT ALERTS

  • Term Deposit Maturing: Notifies you when your Term Deposit is maturing.
  • RSP Maturing: Notifies you when your RSP Term Deposit is maturing.
  • RIF Maturing: Notifies you when your RIF Term Deposit is maturing.
  • Loan or Mortgage Payment Due: Notifies you when your loan or mortgage payment is due. You will receive a notification for a few days before your payment is due.
  • Loan or Mortgage Maturing: Notifies you when your loan or mortgage is maturing.
